Under the action of easterly winds in the early morning, PM2.5 at the southeastern border of Beijing rose first, and other stations in the east also experienced rapid increases in PM2.5 from 3 to 7 am. Among them, the Dongsi Station in Dongcheng and the Chaoyang Agricultural Exhibition Hall Station increased by 100 μg/m3 in 4 hours from 2 am to 5 am, reaching peak concentrations of 130 μg/m3 and 125 μg/m3 respectively at 5 o'clock. The quality has deteriorated to a moderate pollution level of Grade 4, while the western and northern regions remain at a Grade 1 excellent level. As the pollution zone moves south, pollution in the eastern urban area has dropped. Currently, pollution is mainly concentrated in the border area of ​​southeastern Beijing.
