To promote the summer taste of San'in, the first shipment of a particularly large and rich-tasting oyster, which was launched as a new brand by the Tottori Prefecture Fisheries Cooperative, was held.

The Tottori Prefectural Fisheries Cooperative has newly branded a large natural oyster from the prefecture that can be taken offshore of the Tottori Sand Dunes under the name "Dune's Honor" and started shipping from 5th.

According to the Fisheries Cooperative, the characteristics of this oyster are the size and rich flavor that cannot be eaten by one bite, and on the 5th, 15 landed oysters were sold together for 15,000 yen.

It means that about 10 to 30 new oysters will be landed daily by the end of this month.
