  On August 1, the tropical depression in the southeastern ocean of Taiwan Island of China developed and strengthened into the fourth typhoon "Hagupit" this year. "Hagupit" entered the East China Sea on August 3, and strengthened from a tropical storm to a severe tropical storm at 5 o'clock that day, and from a severe tropical storm to a typhoon at 14:00. The maximum possibility is from the night of the 3rd to the early morning of the 4th. It landed along the coast from Wenling, Zhejiang to Cangnan, and it only took two days from formation to landing.

  Affected by "Hagupit", it is estimated that on the 3rd, winds in the southern waters of the East China Sea will be 8-9, gusts 10-12, and winds in the surrounding waters where the typhoon center passes can reach 10-12 and 13-14 gusts. On the 3rd and night, local gusts near the landing point could reach level 12 or more. The heavy rainfall was mainly concentrated from the night of the 3rd to the day of the 4th.
