The Director of Forensic Medicine in the Jordanian capital, Amman, Dr. Adnan Abbas revealed the details of the killing of a woman by her child son at dawn today, Monday, in the Marka area in eastern Amman.
In the details, Abbas told the Jordanian newspaper Al-Ghad that the 14-year-old had stabbed his 40-year-old mother with 30 stab wounds with a knife in the neck area, so that she could be killed instantly.
Abbas added that the son killed his mother while she was asleep in her bed, confirming that he examined the incident mentally and found that he does not suffer from any diseases or disabilities.
He indicated that the body had been dissected and handed over to her father to perform the burial process, and that the event be transferred to the concerned authorities to investigate the crime.
