The entrance to the museum reflects elements of the aquatic environment on the sea floor, through the scenes displayed on high-tech displays, as well as a hall displaying a panel of mangroves growing on the shores of the Red Sea.

The first floor of this hall also includes galleries in which a group of entertaining and educational films are displayed that overlook the shark aquarium, while the coral hall contains an entertainment area for children that includes projectors that display educational films on various types of fish.

The museum has provided basins that accommodate about seven million liters of water, designed according to the highest engineering standards that blend with coral reefs and marine plants, and includes in its technical staff more than 25 experts in the vital support apparatus and a hospital for treatment and vaccination of fish.
