　　Huang Donghui described that after reaching the disaster site, the launching area is full of unknown, because the flood has already submerged all surface objects. When launching, it is not known what is in the water, especially where the poles and wires are, and it is impossible to know.

　　The two assault boats carried by the 12-person rescue team in Pingxiang City were 15 hp and 30 hp respectively. Among them, the 15 hp assault boat was difficult to resist the strong current generated when the levee broke. Therefore, the on-site commander asked the team members not to go into the water easily. 　　The charge boat is not absolutely safe.

　　Due to the rapid flow of water, there are more water plants, wooden boards, plastic bottles and garbage on the surface of the water. Players on the charge boat need to pay attention at all times and use the paddle board to sweep away the floating objects on the water surface to prevent the floating objects from getting caught on the propeller of the charge boat. The charge boat motor was damaged and shelved.

　　Rescue team members found that some houses had been tilted to varying degrees because they were soaked in water for a long time.

　　Even so, some residents still choose to stay behind. For the residents who insist on staying at home, the rescue team has been trying to persuade that if the other party is still unwilling to leave, they will leave some materials in the private house to protect the basic living conditions of the left-behind residents.

　　Huang Donghui described that the rescue team had received help from a man in his forties, and an old man was trapped in a house in the middle of the flood. The rescue team dispatched three people, the security officer, the observer and the boatman to the rescue. Huang Donghui and the Long'er Army were among them.

　　The three reached the area where the trapped person was located and saw that the first floor of the building had been submerged. Huang Donghui observed that he could enter the room where the trapped person was located by the neighboring building for rescue.

　　However, the window of the room where the trapped person is located is extremely small, less than one meter high, and the width is nearly fifty centimeters, and there is no furniture such as a table in the second floor house. The bottom of the window is nearly one and a half meters above the ground.

　　After failing to find a tool, Huang Donghui chose to act as a "footstool", allowing the old man to step on himself and send his upper body out of the window. The other teammates carried on the relay transfer and finally got out of trouble.
