The reward notice issued by the Linfen police revealed that the suspect Ji Yongsheng fled in the area of Yipingyuan Township, Yipingyuan Township, Yaodu District, Linfen City. He was wearing handcuffs, prison uniforms, and blue slippers when he fled. If the masses provide valuable clues, the public security organ will reward them with RMB 50,000; if they directly arrest the suspect, the public security organ will reward them with RMB 100,000.
According to the information about Ji Yongsheng in the reward notice, the reporter learned from the China Judgment Document Network that in 2005, Ji Yongsheng was sentenced to 15 years in prison by the Linfen City Intermediate People's Court for a robbery offence and was fined 50,000 yuan. After several commutations, his sentence was released in 2014.
After his sentence was released, Ji Yongsheng was detained on July 13, 2016 on suspicion of theft, was detained on July 14, the same year, and was arrested on August 17, the same year. He was sentenced to a term of theft in Hainan Province. Imprisonment for eight years and two months, with a fine of 9,000 yuan, and the term of imprisonment ends on September 12, 2024.
