It is understood that the 119 command center in Deyang City received an alarm that night, saying that the fire in the lead workshop of the first firecracker factory in Group 5 of Yuansheng Village, Nanfeng Town, Guanghan City Fire caused an explosion. After receiving the police, the province and the city immediately dispatched a total of 27 vehicles and 83 people from 10 fire rescue stations to the emergency disposal. The full-duty headquarters of the Deyang Fire Rescue Team was dispatched.
At 21:34, the first batch of fire rescue forces arrived at the scene. Preliminary understanding at the scene showed that the fireworks at the firecracker plant were in a violent burning stage. Fire rescue personnel immediately set up a warning area, evacuated the surrounding people, and quickly launched a fire. Due to the continuous explosion at the scene, at 22:25, in accordance with the requirements of the headquarters, the fire rescue force on the scene was evacuated to 500 meters away for supervision.
