Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, announced that two nursery teachers working in a nursery in the city have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus. The city has temporarily closed the two nurseries where two people work from the 7th.
According to Kashiwa City, two female nursery teachers in their 20s were confirmed to have been infected, both living in Kashiwa City and Nagareyama City.
They are working at different nurseries in the city and have had symptoms such as fever since the beginning of this month, and as a result of having been inspected, infection was confirmed.
They are acquainted and they ate together at home on the 29th of last month.
The city decides to leave each nursery school temporarily closed from the 7th and disinfect it.
The school is scheduled to be closed for about two weeks from the day the nursery teacher last worked, and the public health center is conducting a survey of people with heavy contact.
Now there are 1016 people in Chiba prefecture who have been confirmed to be infected.
