A bus driver of the Bayonne network, attacked Sunday evening by several people at a stop, is in a state of brain death, we learned Monday from police sources.
One person was arrested, other alleged attackers are on the run, the source said. The victim, in his fifties, was beaten and seriously injured in the head after refusing to admit users who did not have a ticket and were not wearing masks.
The network has been severely disrupted since Monday morning, indicates the Chronoplus transport network.
