At 9 o'clock on June 25, a small truck wading through the water at the bridgehead of Xi'an Village, Dongquan Town, Liucheng County, Liuzhou County, Guangxi, caused the two to be besieged by the flood. After receiving the police from Liucheng Dapu Fire Rescue Station, 12 people from 2 vehicles were dispatched to the scene to rescue. As the water level soared, the trapped people climbed on the roadside bamboo to avoid the flood. Firefighters tied their lifelines and traversed waist-waisted floods.
