In order to beautify the urban environment and deal with the "iron waste" in the city, the urban management department of Baohe District, Hefei, Anhui recently launched a "waste removal operation" to centrally clean up the waste and abandoned bicycles parked at will within the jurisdiction.

Up to now, more than 4,000 shared bicycles have been cleaned up. These abandoned bicycles will be collectively pulled to 14 temporary parking spots in the urban area, and then each bicycle sharing company will come to claim the recycling. For unclaimed used bicycles, they will be recycled and disposed of as discarded objects.

It is understood that the next "waste removal operation" will continue as a normalized operation of the urban management department of Baohe District.
