This month, I have finally received an order, and the shipping work has been delayed about two months.
Natural ice is stored by putting ice frozen during the cold winter months into an "ice chamber" that is kept at about -5 degrees Celsius, and applying "sawdust" with high heat insulation to the surface. An employee took out about 50 kg of ice from the ice chamber and cut off the part with the "sawdust" using a special machine.
Then, I cut it into about 15 cm in length and width, washed it with water and packed it in a bag.
