  According to the boy's recollection, taking advantage of the hot weather at noon that day, he went to the ditch to play. When he took off his shoes and wanted to wash his feet in the ditch, the shoes fell into the water. He eagerly went to catch the shoes in the water. Unexpectedly, his body fell into the ditch where the water was flowing. Struggling to shout: "Help, help!"

  At the time, Zhu Qiang, a resident who was receiving cold at the door, heard someone calling for help in the ditch, but because of his weak voice, he approached the ditch and found a boy floating in the ditch.
