According to police, after 4 pm on the 7th, there was a report that two men bathing at the beach were drowning at the coast of Shichigahama-cho, Miyagi Prefecture.
Of these, one man, thought to be an adult, was rescued by a rushing firefighter, but is currently receiving treatment at a hospital due to his unconscious condition.
Another man is currently missing and is being searched by police and fire.
