On the morning of June 1, Shao Xuebo, 38, was lying on a hospital bed, and the "blood cell separator" beside him was running. In April this year, Shao Xuebo received the first call from the Red Cross Society of Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, and was informed that his hematopoietic stem cells were successfully paired with a patient.
If it weren't for the phone call, Shao Xuebo had almost forgotten that he had registered hematopoietic stem cells in the bank ten years ago. With more than ten years of medical experience, Shao Xuebo knows how to donate hematopoietic stem cells in a state that is more beneficial to patients.
