After 35 years of continuous efforts by the secretary of the four-term village, Jinqiu Village finally changed its old look, and the green water and green hills have truly become the common people's Jinshan and Yinshan. Jinqiu Village, a "small mountain village" with an annual per capita income of less than 200 yuan in 1985, has become a "xiaokang village" with an annual per capita income of more than 17,000 yuan, and the small "green leaves" of Huiming tea has become a common people "Golden Leaf" for getting rich.

"I was still going to school in 1985, when the road was unavailable. In 1997, after Secretary Lei Zhengyu stepped down, the original village committee director Chen Liping took over his class. Jingning is the only She Autonomous County in the country and the only ethnic autonomous county in East China. Jinqiu Village is also a typical She Nationality Village. The folk customs are simple and full of rich ethnic customs of Shexiang. In order to do a good job of tourism, Secretary Chen Liping began to carry out large-scale renovation of the village ’s appearance, completely cleared the open-air toilets, and opened the quasi-four-level road from Jingtai Highway to the center of the village. With more than 500 acres of Huiming tea, the collective economic income of the village increased from 10,000 yuan to more than 30,000 yuan.
After Secretary Pan Xingen took over in 2011, he vigorously promoted the "five waters governance", positioning the development strategy of Jinqiu Village in eco-tourism and eco-agriculture. In order to introduce more new projects to Jinqiu Village, several village secretaries worked together. In Jinqiu Village, an average person owns three acres of tea gardens. For the tea industry alone, the per capita income is more than 10,000 yuan.
The annual reception of tourists in Jinqiu Village has also been less than 30,000 in 2003 and nearly 150,000 in 2019. The tourism economic income will be more than 2 million yuan, of which the village collective income is about 180,000 yuan and the villagers' income is about 1 million yuan. .
