Instantaneous voltage drop across a wide area of the Kanto Power outages at various locations 17:14 on May 2
According to the TEPCO website, it was past 4:30 pm on the 2nd, and the voltage dropped momentarily in a wide area in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Ibaraki prefectures, causing power outages in various places.
The power outage was immediately restored, but TEPCO is investigating the cause and extent of the failure.
