On Thursday, it is Valborg fair evening - a big day for Sweden's choir singer - but this year is nothing like usual.
Therefore, the radio program P2 Classic Morning invited its listeners to send in film clips where they sing the Valborg song Längtan to the country.
Now more than 500 contributions in various meetings will form a large digital Valborg Choir.
- You go around all year waiting to sing these songs: Oh how beautiful corn sun is smiling, Winter crashed, Beautiful May. Not being able to do it is very boring, but now you had to sing a song digitally, says Lantz, program manager for Classic Morning, to the Culture News.
