According to a new assessment from the Directorate General of Health, 21,856 people died in France because of the coronavirus. In 24 hours, France therefore counts 516 additional deaths. The statement from the Directorate General of Health said that the epidemic killed 13,547 people in hospitals, or 311 more deaths in 24 hours. 8,309 people died in nursing homes and other medico-social establishments.
