China News Network, April 18, China Seismological Network officially determined that an earthquake of magnitude 3.1 occurred in Shiqu County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan (at 32.98 degrees north latitude and 98.90 degrees east longitude) on April 18 at a depth of 20 kilometers.
