It was confirmed that three men and women, including female teachers of elementary schools in Gifu city, were infected with the new coronavirus in Gifu prefecture, and the number of confirmed infections in Gifu prefecture became 130.
The infection was confirmed in women in their 20s and men in their 50s in Gifu City, and women in their 50s in Hashima City, all with mild symptoms.
Of these, a woman in her 20s in Gifu City was a teacher at Gifu City Tetsumei Sakura Elementary School, who had a fever of 38 degrees on the 7th of this month, and the temperature dropped 3 days later, but her taste and smell continued to be abnormal. As a result, infection was confirmed.
According to Gifu City, Torumei Sakura Elementary School has been closed since the 2nd of the month with spring breaks, and the female teacher has not gone to school since the 8th of this month after the symptoms appeared.
Gifu City is calling on all school children and their parents to notify them of any changes in their physical condition, and will inspect other faculty members in the future.
Now there are 130 confirmed cases of infection in Gifu Prefecture.
