Affected by the epidemic, the "Symposium to Commemorate the 100th Birthday of Comrade Zhu Ziqi" originally planned to be held in March 2020 could not be held as scheduled. To commemorate the predecessors, the Chinese Writers Association launched an online commemoration. Zhu Ziqi was born on April 13, 1920 in Rucheng County, Hunan Province. Participated in the Anti-Japanese Activities in 1936 and published his debut poem "Roar, Lion Wake!" In 1937 "In the same year, introduced by Comrade Xu Teli, went to Yan'an, a revolutionary holy place. From 1938 to 1939, he studied at the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1938.
Before liberation, Zhu Ziqi served in the Political Department of the General Logistics Department of the Eighth Route Army, the Political Department of the organ directly under the Central Military Commission, the "Northern Culture" magazine, and the College of Arts and Culture of North China United University. In July 1949, Comrade Zhu Ziqi was elected as the representative of the writers of the Liberated Area, attended the first congress of all literary and artistic workers in China, and joined the Chinese Writers Association in the same year.
After the founding of New China, he served as Secretary of Comrade Bishi, and then served in the Central Ministry of Culture and the Bureau of Foreign Cultural Liaison of the Central Government Administration, the Chinese People ’s Defence World Peace Commission, the World Peace Council, the China Asia-Africa Solidarity Commission, the Asia-Africa Foundation and other offices. Since October 1981, Zhu Ziqi has been the Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Writers Association. In November 1982, he served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Writers Association. He resigned in July 1986. He died of illness on October 11, 2008.

Zhu Ziqi's literary creation was fruitful throughout his life, and he published more than 20 poems and translations. There are mainly poem collections "Spring Bird Collection", "Spring Grass Collection", "Love World", "Peace Symphony Poetry", "Hope of the Planet-100 Political Lyric Poems", poems collection "Echo of the Heart", "Selected Poems of Zhu Ziqi", prose Collection "Moscow in December", "Signs of Peaceful Victory" and "Flying to the World", translation collection "Selection of Soviet Revolution Songs", five hundred lines of lyric "Peace Song" and so on. The famous poet Guo Moruo once praised him as saying, "Comrade Zhu Ziqi is a poet with a dove of peace". The famous poet Zang Kejia once said, "Comrade Zhu Ziqi, who is active in Chinese poetry, is unique and famous for his political lyric poems, and he has borne fruit."
It is understood that the China Writer Network's "Commemorating the 100th Birthday of Comrade Zhu Ziqi" has a total of four parts, namely "Poet Poetry", "Friend Evaluation", "Literary Communication" and "Review of the Years".
