China News Service, Beijing, April 10 (Reporter Yu Lixiao) On April 10, the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission issued the "Notice on Adjusting the Application Conditions and Subsidy Standards for Rental Subsidies in the City's Market (Consultation Draft)" to relax market rentals Subsidy application conditions, raising subsidy standards, further expediting the solution of housing difficulties for urban low- and middle-income families, and improving the housing security system.

The consultation draft proposes to relax the application conditions for per capita monthly income of families and market rental subsidy income. The monthly income per capita of families should not be higher than 2,400 yuan to be lower than 4,200 yuan, and the housing and asset conditions of families should remain unchanged.

The draft for solicitation also proposed that the subsidy standard will be greatly increased and divided into six subsidies. The market rental subsidy standard takes into account factors such as the city ’s economic and social development level, financial affordability, and housing market rent level, and is determined in six stages according to the guaranteed family population structure and income level.

Except for Huairou, Pinggu, Miyun, and Yanqing, the maximum subsidy standard for households of 2 or less is 2,500 yuan and the minimum subsidy standard is 1,000 yuan; the maximum subsidy standard for households of 3 and above is 3,500 yuan and the minimum subsidy standard is 1,200 yuan. The market rent levels in the four districts of Huairou, Pinggu, Miyun and Yanqing are relatively low, and the market rent subsidy standard is determined by 60% of the city's standard.

At the same time, Beijing will increase the subsidies for renting most of the household market. If there are severely disabled or seriously ill persons in the family members and the family members are all over 60 years old and have no children, a market rent subsidy standard can be raised according to the application.

For houses in areas other than the six districts of Dongcheng District and Xicheng District Family Leasing City, and the house leasing contract is handled in accordance with the provisions of this Municipality for leasing filing registration, two levels of market rental subsidies may be raised. The raised subsidy standard for the above-mentioned families does not exceed the highest subsidy standard determined by this city.
