After reaching the terrible peak, Spain seemed to continue to bend the curve, until today. The death toll from coronavirus has increased in our country by 743 in the last 24 hours , 13,798 in total since the health crisis began. If yesterday set a record low in deaths in one day, today the situation invites less optimism.
The number of those infected by coronavirus in Spain now rises to 140,510 . There are 5,478 cases reported more than yesterday, so the curve rises again after several days of downward trend.
The Intensive Care Units also feel the pressure again, with 138 new ICU admissions compared to yesterday. The previous 24 hours had given a break with only 70 more admissions.
The positive note is put by the cured, which already amount to 43,208, which means 2,771 more discharges than yesterday .
