Integration through work in Hauts-de-France
By: Lise Verbeke
It is the region of metropolitan France where the unemployment rate is the highest: Hauts-de-France. 10.5% of the population is unemployed, more than 2 points more than at the national level (around 8%).
Publicity
But, the region is also the one where the number of job seekers fell the most in 2019. A record drop since the financial crisis of 2008. And this, thanks in particular to companies or associations focused on people far from the employment.
"Integration through work in Hauts-de-France", a Great Report by Lise Verbeke.
