Nine measures to strengthen park flow control
In order to regulate the possible increase in passenger flow during the Qingming Festival, the Beijing Park Management Center strengthened phenological observations and passenger flow prediction, and comprehensively strengthened the city parks ’current-limiting management and special services in special periods with 9 major measures:
1. Promote online booking of tickets. Implement online booking of tickets in 7 city-owned parks to control the total amount, time-shaking peaks, and convenient admission.
2. Full implementation of grid management. Established 11 spring passenger flow control headquarters, 32 Qingming amusement park sub-headquarters, divided 91 inspection grids, identified 227 key areas that are prone to tourists in the spring, and arranged nearly 3,000 employees to strengthen order and guidance.
3. Implement three-level current-limiting control. Control the flow of tourists according to not more than 30% of the instantaneous carrying capacity, and implement the dynamic flow control measures of “local control, slow entry and suspension of admission” respectively.
4. Quickly detect the temperature of tourists. Installed 63 sets of infrared human body surface temperature rapid screening instrument and equipped with 115 handheld temperature measuring guns to quickly measure the temperature of visitors entering the park.
5. Create a safe zone for queuing. Delimit visitors waiting for the "1m +" security line and gate zone buffer area.
6. Implement the job service specifications. Strict implementation of key areas such as park gate areas, visitor centers, toilets, commercial outlets, service facilities, garbage storage and removal points, and other standards for protection and disinfection.
7. Guide tourists' civilized behavior. Introduce multiple forces from the capital ’s public civilization guides, territorial urban management, and other places to strengthen publicity and safety and epidemic prevention tips for civilized gardens.
8. Territory linkage internal and external control. Establish a communication and joint control mechanism with the local subdistrict, cultural tourism, traffic management and other departments to control the passenger flow in the park, keep traffic outside the park, and evacuate the passenger flow in an orderly manner.
9. Far-end guided peak travel. In cooperation with Gaode Map, we launched a real-time viewing service for the visitor density index of 11 city-owned parks and parks to help citizens and tourists reasonably arrange outings to avoid congestion and queuing.
7 parks open online booking tickets
Seven municipal parks including the Summer Palace, Beihai, Xiangshan, Jingshan, Beijing Zoo, Yuyuantan, and Taoranting have taken the lead in opening online booking tickets to visit the park, which not only guarantees the park to open, but also scientifically verifies the density and number of tourists, providing maximum security during special periods, Orderly visit the park.
Seven city-level parks limit the number of tickets in the morning and afternoon.
