The latest assessment of the ARS (Regional Health Agency) of New Aquitaine, was 1,720 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the region, identified by Public Health of France on March 30. This is 114 more cases than the day before. The progression of the epidemic therefore remains relatively contained in New Aquitaine for the moment, in view of the development at the national level.
Some 672 people were hospitalized in structures in the region on March 31 at 2 p.m., including 202 people in intensive care or intensive care. There have been 78 hospital deaths since the start of the epidemic, six more in 24 hours.
In all, 348 people have been cured from the hospital since the start of the epidemic.
