Some find it hard to follow the rules during a period of confinement. Thursday, a 17-year-old young man was arrested by police in the Bourdonnaye district of Vannes, reports Ouest-France . It was the fourth time in two days that the young man was checked without his certificate of derogatory displacement.

Sanctioned by a fine the first three times, the minor was finally placed in police custody for the fourth offense. He came out a few hours later with a summons before the children's judge. He faces a fine of 3,700 euros and a sentence of up to six months in prison.
