The prefecture finally agreed everyone: as of this Saturday evening at 10 p.m., a curfew will be generalized in all the municipalities of the Alpes-Maritimes.

Each night, until March 31 (initially), travel will be prohibited from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. The measure was decided to further strengthen the confinement, not always respected, put in place to fight against the spread of the coronavirus.

“In the interests of greater efficiency in the application of containment rules, the municipalities wanted clarification, consistency and a strengthening of night-time coercive measures. This will be the case as of 10pm this evening by prefectural decree, ”explained in particular LR Mayor of Cannes David Lisnard on Facebook.
