Priority distributions
Emmanuel Macron also announced the priority distribution of masks from Tuesday to hospital staff and city and country doctors. They will be delivered to pharmacies in the "25 most affected departments" on Tuesday, with the rest of the departments scheduled to be served starting Wednesday, the president said.
"We also owe carers the care of their children, a minimum daycare service is currently in place in nurseries and schools, we also owe them serenity in their travel and rest," added the president.
