The Heritage Council of the Contemporary Crafts of the Nama Foundation for the Advancement of Women launched a specialized training program to train participants in Palestinian and Jordanian embroidery arts. 15 Emirati female trainees, ranging in age from 18 to 45 years, will participate in the program, which will last for five months under the supervision of fashion designer Majida Abu Zaglan, owner of "Saro Fashion" fashion, specialized in producing traditional embroidery in Jordan. Besides the Emirati female trainees, two craftsmen from Gaza camp in Jordan participated in the program, previously trained by designer Majida who seeks to support Palestinian refugee women refugees by providing them with job opportunities in the field of embroidery art through her trademark, since she was able since its foundation three years ago to provide resources Some 130 artisans entered the camp, supporting 25 families.
