The American, Diana Serra Carry, the child star in silent movie films, then known as "Baby Beeji", died at the age of 101.

According to Rina Kane, an official at the Niles Eisana Silent Film Museum, Curry died on Monday in Justin, California, according to the website of the Hollywood Rebutter.

Between 921 and 1924 Curry participated in 150 short films and a few famous films.

She lost most of her films, and much of it was destroyed in a massive fire that destroyed the contents of the old Century Film Studios in 1926.
