The seventh evening of the "Poet of the Million" program in its ninth season, the night before last, was performed at Al Raha Beach Theater, with poems loaded with poetry messages reflecting awareness of national and humanitarian issues, in addition to paintings of Yemeni heritage presented by the Hadramout Folklore Band.

Among the competitions of the seventh evening of the "Poet of the Million", organized by the Committee for the Management of Festivals and Cultural and Heritage Programs in Abu Dhabi, the poets sparkled: Barzan Al-Suhaim Al-Shammari (Iraq), Hamad Al-Muwaziri Al-Rashidi (Kuwait), Abdullah Mubarak Al-Hamoumi (Yemen) and Maitha Al-Ghafri (Sultanate of Oman) , And the singer Bin Dahim Al-Otaibi and Nabil Bin Ivan (Saudi Arabia), as they competed in submitting their poems to the jury members.

The third star of the evening, Abdullah Mubarak Al-Hamoumi, who attended with a poem describing the poet’s participation in successive seasons of the “Poet of the Million” competition, was a symbol of competition for poets as if the contest was being waged by the contestant’s ethics, and the men’s determination and pride in fighting battles of honor, heroism and pride in defense of the land And display. The jury members pointed out that the poet was unsuccessful in linking his participation in the competition and his participation in the battle, with what they recorded for him by throwing fire and attending a beautiful enthusiastic theater.

The fifth contestant, Metha Al-Ghafri, featured a poem that took a description of the mother and her position in the family as an object and idea, and portrayed the mother's status, her giving, her role in building the family, her love for her children, her husband and her sacrifices. Hamad Al-Saeed expressed his admiration for the poet’s presence, her poem, and her subject, which depicts the woman’s glow and the mother’s dedication.

As for the sixth contestant Nabil bin Ivan, he singled out his national poem and his conscious presentation of the issue of the unity of the sons of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the sons of the Islamic nation in general, and his call for reunification, which the committee considered a conscious and pioneering poem.
