The new coronavirus, which spreads mainly in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, has been confirmed in 65 cases in 17 countries and regions outside of mainland China.

The number of cases confirmed so far outside mainland China has been eight in Thailand and Hong Kong, seven in Macau, five in the United States, Taiwan, Australia, and Singapore, and four each in Japan, Malaysia, and South Korea. There are three people in France, two in Vietnam, one in Nepal, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Canada, and one each in Germany, for a total of 65 people in 17 countries and regions.
