Marwan is an Emirati young man, who went to study abroad on his own account, and a problem that he could not solve with the university occurred to him, so he went to the cultural attaché, which he was also unable to solve, which compelled him to return to study in the country.
Marwan tried to join an application development major in a government college, but his request was rejected for unclear reasons, then he was able to meet an official who advised him to search for another specialty, because he believed that the student was not qualified to study this specialization.
The young man was surprised by the reaction, especially since the official himself honored him for his superiority, knowing that he is fluent in three languages for programming, worked on an artificial intelligence project, designed two games, worked on one of the well-known smart applications, and was honored among the young and talented scholars in the Emirates, and an arbitrator in the association Emirates for the Gifted.
All of the above did not intercede for the ambitious young man, which made him live in a bad psychological state, then he decided to try a final attempt by sending a message to a higher party, explaining his situation and all that he was exposed to from the beginning of the problem.
Marwan did not wait much, as the response came quickly, requesting him to review the college and inform them that the matter reached this point, and the college must accept it without any delay, so the approval came immediately from the college.
After reviewing all of the above I regret to say that there is a defect in some educational institutions, and why do you stand in the way of young Emirati talents, and why does the aggrieved have to take his right by reaching the top of the pyramid? Taking into consideration that, had it not been for the complete conviction of the injustice to which the young man was subjected, the instructions for his acceptance to the college would not have been issued, which confirms the existence of unjustified negligence and negligence.
This may be one case, but there are certainly dozens of similar cases in which some stand in the way of citizens, these cases may be related to housing projects, land distribution, grants, etc., and they may be simple and not complicated transactions, but they prove by the conclusive evidence that there is a type of officials and employees Those who enjoy the complexity and preoccupation of human life as if they owned the world and what is in it.
