A young American woman founded a nursing home for old and sick cats, to give her a second chance in this unjust life and to give her the love she deserves in her last days.
But Laura Cassidy, 29, could not accommodate the large number of cat shelters disposed of in the US city of Baltimore due to limited space, which prompted her to launch a media campaign to encourage the care of older cats and help them find homes to receive them.
And the British website "Metro" reported that Laura takes care of her husband, Cody, 32, with ten cats, and they have helped more than 100 cats since the beginning of their project to find and care for families that embrace them.
The couple deals with all the older cats with love and affection, and they offer new toys and delicious food for them as they go out for walks.
