Defense lawyer for Fadi Al-Hashem, the husband of the Lebanese actress Nancy Ajram, denied that his client entered any negotiations with the family of the dead Mohamed Moussa, who was killed in the house of Al-Hashem.

"We are awaiting the decision of the first investigating judge, Nicolas Mansour, who will complete investigations with witnesses and study evidence, and the judiciary will have the final say in this case," attorney Gabi Germanos said in statements we kill.

The social networking sites have been buzzing over the past two days by talking about a claim of close to Musa’s family, close to half a million dollars, from Nancy Ajram’s family over the killing of their son.

This development comes hours after Nancy Ajram and her husband filed a lawsuit against a Syrian person residing in Germany who had threatened her family with death because of the killing of the Syrian Muhammad Musa at her home.

Germanus explained that legal action had been taken against Wassim Zakour, who he says is a Syrian journalist and lives in Germany, after he threatened to kill Ajram or her husband or one of her daughters.

The complaint states: "The clients of Nancy and Fadi are subject to an explicit and direct threat of death and an organized campaign that affects their person and their family after the tragic incident that occurred in their home."

The text of the complaint stated that "the defendant deliberately, on a Facebook page, threatened the client, her client, and one of her daughters with death in order to take revenge for the death of the named Muhammad Musa, and his relatives were incited to do so."

The first investigative judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, decided to set a session next Thursday, a new date for the follow-up to the investigation into the killing of the Syrian young man, Mohamed Moussa, in the house of the Lebanese artist.

The session comes after the Appeal Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon gave Judge Ghada Aoun a sign of the conclusion of her preliminary investigation, and claimed Fadi al-Hashem of the murder.
