A carta tournament was held in Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture, where dialects of the Tsugaru district in Aomori Prefecture and the words of the Tsugaru dialect were written.

Approximately 70 people, including local nursery school children and elementary school students, participated in a tournament held by Hirakawa City to encourage children to become familiar with the Tsugaru dialect.

Two elementary school students swore the player's oath, "I pledge to win," and the match began.
