One person arrested in case of robbery of 80 million yen. No charge to dispute. Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office January 8, 18:20

Last year, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed a man arrested for committing a robbery in Tokyo Akasaka, which lost more than 80 million yen in cash.

A 21-year-old man from Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, was hit by a number of men at a street in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo in January last year when he was beaten by multiple men and was injured, and lost about 83 million yen in cash. He was arrested last November for alleged robbery injury in connection with the case.

The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has dismissed the man on August 8 without charge.

Prosecutors have not disclosed the reasons for the charges.
