He noted that the most severe anomalies are observed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Yakutia.
“In Yakutia, it is 20 degrees higher than long-term values, that is, the minimum temperatures will be up to -20 ° С - -25 ° С, and the maximum temperatures will be around minus -15 ° С," Vilfand specified.
