British Keith McDonough said she was surprised to lose 57 kg in just one year.

Keith tells that she was on a visit to Prague, when her friend took a picture of her upside down, after she was a strong incentive to get her to lose weight and regain her fitness.

Kate joined a gym-weight reduction program and started a year-and-a-half year trek to lose the most weight, which then exceeded 152 kilograms.

Keith said: "I used to live in a vicious circle, and had never committed to any diet before. I used to eat whenever I felt happy or sad, my life was about food."

In addition to exercising, Keith followed a strict diet that freed her from nearly 57 kilograms in a period of no more than 12 months, according to the Mirror.
