Although the band Nirvana was disbanded over 25 years ago with the death of singer Kurt Cobain, Nirvana's music continues to reach new listeners in the 2010s.

Music video for the band's super hit Smells Like Teen Spirit from the 1991 Nevermind record became the second music video of the 1990s to reach over a billion views on Youtube, Loudwire writes. The music video was uploaded to the platform in June 2009.

Only one music video from the 1990s has been viewed by more on Youtube - November rain with Guns N 'Roses has been viewed 1.3 billion times - and Zombie with The Cranberries is likely to be the next 90s song to join the billion club, with 970 million views at the time of writing.
