The Mexican ambassador to Argentina finally resigned, claiming he had health problems, while a video revealed the true reason for his decision, as Ambassador Ricardo Valero appeared while stealing a $ 10 book from a library in Buenos Aires.

Earlier this December, the Mexican Foreign Ministry summoned Valero, amid the aftermath of the incident that dates back to October 26, as cameras recorded him eating a booklet, and hiding him in a newspaper he held in his hand, according to (Reuters).

The ministry accepted the ambassador's resignation yesterday, and wrote on Twitter: "Valero is undergoing a special treatment for nerves." It is reported that the ambassador previously stole a shirt from the Argentine capital airport.
