According to RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the tetra, the play "Night at the Hotel" was staged based on the play Insignificance of the British playwright Terry Johnson.

The plot is based on the alleged chance encounter of four celebrities - Actress, Scientist, Athlete and Senator in 1954 in a room in a New York hotel.

In November, Mashkov talked about restarting the legendary play “The Examiner” based on the play by N.V. Gogol staged by Sergei Gazarov.
