Saudi religious scholar Saleh al-Maghamisi said, while hosting the program "Separate Doors" presented by the journalist Sultan Al-Qahtani, that marriage with the intention of divorce is permissible for most scholars.
Al-Maghamisi clarified that if the pillars of marriage are complete, but the man decides to divorce in his heart and does not disclose it, then the marriage is valid, but it is not the act of the Muslims ’choice.
