The first trial of a former teacher man who was charged with crimes such as attempted murder was held at the Maebashi District Court as a result of squeezing a female junior high school student and fainting, and taking him away to a mountain forest in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. The defendant denied some of the charges charged with "no murderous intent".

Defendant Shinya Uchida (28), a former teacher in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, invaded the house of a junior high school girl student who was working at the time in June, squeezed a stun gun and fainted. In addition, they were charged with charges such as attempted murder and confinement injuries as they were taken away by car to the forest in Takasaki City.

At the first trial held at the Maebashi District Court on the 16th, the defendant stated that he would like to deny the murderous intention, and denied part of the prosecution.

The defendant's lawyer argued that the murderous intent was not granted and that it was not a crime of attempted murder, saying, "After taking away, no harm was done."

After that, the prosecution pointed out in the opening statement that “the defendant knew that there was a risk of death, and strangled the girls with arms and towels.”

The trial will continue in the afternoon.
