It is not a secret that the success of any higher education institution, whether it is a college, institute or university, is based on three main axes: Scientific research, teaching, and integration with society or community service and the environment. I think that in order to move forward, we must first recognize that we are behind, and that we need to move forward. The beginning of resolving any problem is to recognize first that there is a problem, and indeed there is a problem that results in millions of problems , And I am not exaggerating because the output is not painful A glance well causes disasters to the economies of countries. The failed doctor, the failed nurse, and the failed medical equipment technician are causing the loss of human lives due to medical errors. If Britain dies annually in 22,000 people due to medical errors, what is the situation in developing countries?

Whoever thinks that the higher education system is okay in our Arab world, look at the more widespread QS classification, will find that the Arab countries combined have 10 universities among the top 500 universities in the world, and that "Israel" has four universities, America has 96 universities, and Britain It has 51 universities. The solution is not a miracle, and I believe that any research student who was educated abroad can put a prescription for the advancement of higher education. Here, the triangle of success can be summarized in three specific systems in Britain, “the framework for excellence in scientific research”, then “the framework for excellence in teaching” TEF, And finally, the "Knowledge Transfer Framework" (KEF). The first framework regulates the quality of scientific research and the associated publishing, and it measures the quality of the outputs and the impact of that research on solving problems and improving the quality of life, and therefore the topic is not just publishing research in a magazine that nobody knows about, and practical journals are classified from one to four stars, and the research budget is linked The scientific number of government universities is based on the number of papers published in reputable journals.

As for the second system, it is related to the quality of teaching and learning activities, and the extent of student satisfaction with them, and it is measured by a unified questionnaire at the state level, and there is no room to manipulate the results of the questionnaire or its quality, and universities are classified into three categories, golden, silver and bronze, according to their performance in teaching, while the third system It is related to the efficiency and effectiveness of integration between the university and private sector companies, and how to contribute to increasing the profitability of these companies. Joint projects between the university and companies are funded from the state budget, because it is in the interest of the state for the success of the private sector, its taxes contribute to the state's economy.
