In addition, international legitimacy, conventions, agreements and declarations tend - in most cases - to adopt a number of provisions, principles and purposes that came to achieve this debt. It is sufficient for Muslims today to be at the level of their historical responsibility in order to discover that they have an unprecedented opportunity to contribute to the happiness of mankind, and to present the beauty of Islam and even the aesthetic of jihad.

Dr. Youssef Al-Qaradawi says in the book 'In the Jurisprudence of Jihad': "We in this era no longer need to fight the demand at all, because the doors are open for us to the international call, and we do not need to go with armies to Europe or to America or to China or India Satellite channels are present, broadcasters are present, the Internet is there, and you can conquer the world with them. In response to God Almighty’s words: “Prepare for them the strength and power of horses that you can terrorize the enemy of God and your enemy,” (Surah Al-Anf).

From the foregoing, it is confirmed that Muslims today have great responsibilities, including:
The correct representation of Islam and its purposes in justice, equality, and honor for the children of Adam, then the ability to reintroduce Islam to humanity as presented by the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him and his companions, as a religion that tends towards freedom and towards justice and towards peace, which made him present a reform project "progressive" and advanced in his time , Which made the necks of the people impregnated to his mercy and justice.

- Engaging within the international human rights system, given that Muslims are a priority in it, and that they are an active component in the international community, contributing to the formulation of human rights standards, and in working to impose commitment to it by the countries of the world.

We have seen how the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, praised the curiosity, and affirmed that if he was called in Islam, he would have answered, saying: “I witnessed with my cousins ​​an oath - in the house of Abd Allah Ibn Gadaan - what I love is that I have the red blessings, and if I were called in it Islam I have answered. ”

Today, a number of countries in the Islamic world - if not all - are busy expanding their scrap of weapons whose electronic codes exist with their opponents, which ensures that arms dealers and war trade barons continue to seize their capabilities, and they are busy about that because they are occupied with delusional risks from countries The neighborhood of the brothers of religion, language and belief, and participation in the failure to ride the civilization, and in the inability to eliminate disease, poverty, ignorance and illiteracy among the ranks of its peoples!

What if the Islamic nation and its countries tried this path? What if she was able to liberate the hijacked Islam and the hijacked jihad, and present Islam in its aesthetic and strive for it at a time when the world has cleared it between people and people, and it is sufficient only to be at the level of the ability to communicate clearly and establish the argument? What does she have what Germany and Japan do not have?
