Around 3:30 am on the 14th of Japan time, the Jetstar Japan 40 flight to Narita and the Airbus A320 took off at the Manila airport.

The Philippine aviation authorities that were investigating initially explained that the passenger plane was derailed when trying to enter the runway from the taxiway, but according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the passenger plane entered the runway. I found out that I was taking off right after I started running for takeoff.

It also means that two wheels on the front and right of the three wheels were off the runway and derailed to the grassland.

For this reason, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism approved it as a serious incident that could lead to an accident on the 15th.

On the other hand, 146 passengers were not injured. Philippine aviation authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
